Happy Monday,
We have had such a busy month in September and many more events to come in the remaining year. I want to highlight our efforts in part with LOVE MADERA coordinated by Viviana Figueroa. We had a community clean up day on October 1st. It was a huge success and we thank you to all participants who helped clean up our downtown.
I would also like to congratulate our very own Director Sabrina Brown for her Bio piece in the C.A.R. magazine. She will also be installed as the President of the Women's Council next week. On behalf of the Association, we congratulate you Sabrina on all your hard work and efforts to the Realtor organization.
The month of September completed our last official Lunch & Learn for the year. For the month of October we will have the Women's Empowerment Luncheon. The Turkey Shoot will take place in November and our Installation will take place in December.
Unfortunately, the poker tournament for October was cancelled due to low ticket sales. Please remember to purchase your event tickets early to ensure the continuation of these events. Our team works hard to put on events that we think our members would enjoy. We also love suggestions. Feel free to let us know what you may want to see in the future.
The Association will be closed October 10th-14th as we will be at C.A.R Fall meetings. Please reach out to Angelica for any needs you may have prior to October 7th.
